Image Rights and Usage
All images have been licensed when possible through BIGSTOCKPHOTO.COM Standard image Usage Agreement. Any misuse or misnderstanding has not been done intentionally but rather could be due to human error during the initial development of the website. The website was in a comp period and due to a miss during the QA portion, we may have missed an image license and will comply with any infringement request as soon as we are notified. Again, the website has held licenses for all images known and is not trying to bypass any copyright laws. Additional images may have been also granted as per the agreement of TEMPLATEMONSTER.COM website template download rules. This website is one site with 2 identities for same firm. In doing so, we are covered under the one time license use of all assets that were included in the template design purchased. If at anytime we have infringed on any rights, we will be happy to comply and again are not trying to impose any illegal actions knowingly but it would be due to an error during testing or miss unintentionally.
Content and Usage
All content was previosly used by the original site owner site. If there is any copy not licensed for use on this site, we would be happy to remove immediately as we are not using the content knowingly to infringe on any rights.
Website Purpose
The purpose of this website is to inform clients of the eye form about information concerning the practice, doctors and to provide directions/phone contacts to help clients. The site is not trying to impose any direct competition in the use of the design, content or images.
